Warning Message:A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 5 am Tuesday to
5 am EST Wednesday.
* Snow will begin Tuesday morning...becoming mixed with sleet by
midday...mainly along and south of Highway 58 in Virginia.
* 1 to 5 inches of snow and sleet are expected.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow...sleet...or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.

WarningSum:...Snow Continuing To Spread East Toward The Virginia Blue Ridge...
Warning Message:Light to moderate snow will continue to spread quickly east across
southwest Virginia as well as northwest North Carolina through 5
am. A quick one half to one inch of snow may occur especially
along the Interstate 81 corridor east to the New River valley.
Motorists should be alert as roads will likely become snow covered
and slick over the next few hours.
